Tender Description
Council (the Principal) is seeking Submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced Tenderers for the procurement of Plumbing Services. Bayside Council will establish a panel of preferred suppliers to provide services for Plumbing (Plumbing / gas fitting) & (Irrigation services - general maintenance repairs / pump replacements etc.).
The initial Contract term is for (3) years subject to satisfactory performance by the successful Tenderers, with an option to extend for up to three (3) years (1 plus 1 plus 1 years) at the discretion of Council.
