Tender Description
The work to be performed under this Contract includes, but not limited to, the items outlined below, and any miscellaneous ancillary works required to achieve the intent as shown on the Contract Documents.
Yeo Park Playground and Pathway Lighting Construction
- Upgrade the playground to a new inclusive play space at the existing location
- Upgrade pathway lighting
- Briefly, the works comprise but are not limited to:
- Remove existing play equipment
- Install new play equipment
- Installation of softfall (mulch and rubber)
- Construct a new concrete footpath around the play area
- Landscape incl. new trees, mass planting, turfing and sandstone retaining walls
- Install new bench seating and table
- Removal of existing park lighting
- Install new LED lighting for the existing two footpaths connecting the west to the east side
