The Shire of Murray manages the visitor centre, cafe and ancillary facilities at the Dwellingup Trails and Visitor Centre. During late 2023, the café, certain ancillary facilities and infrastructure were damaged in a fire. The Shire is seeking to undertake remedial works to allow repair and restoration of the fire damaged facilities and infrastructure. The remedial works have been assessed by the Shire’s insurer and scoped by Sequel Consulting Engineers and are described fully in the Scope of Works included in this RFT.

Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced building contractors to undertake the full delivery of remedial works as set out in the Scope of Works as included in the RFT.

The Dwellingup Visitors Centre is located at Marrinup Street, Dwellingup WA 6213.

Works are expected to occur within 14 days from the date of contract execution by the Contractor or soon as practical thereafter.
