Tender Description

The Queensland Parliamentary Service is seeking proposals for the removal, replacement, making good, rectification and repair works associated with the HVAC & Refrigeration Plant replacement in the Queensland Parliamentary Annexe Building.

Depending on requirements these works specifically include, but not limited to,

  1. Cold Room Compressors/Evaporator Units
  2. Stair Pressurisation Fan VSDs
  3. Cooling Tower Fan Motors
  4. Fan Coil Unit Installation and
  5. Air Conditioning Replacement
