Request for Tender for the Operation and Management of Council Car Parks

⁠⁠⁠Woollahra Municipal Council (Council) is the owner of the following commercial car parks (Car Parks) at which Council provides car parking facilities for local business owners, staff, customers and visitors in the relevant municipal areas:

(i) Grafton Street Car Park situated in the residential complex at 79-81 Grafton Street, Bondi Junction (Grafton Street Car Park);

(ii) Cross Street Car Park situated in the car park building at 1-13 Cross Street, Double Bay (Cross Street Car Park);

(iii) Cosmopolitan Centre Car Park situated in the Cosmopolitan Centre building at 2-22 Knox Street, Double Bay (Cosmopolitan Centre Cark Park);

(iv) Kiaora Place Car Park situated in the Kiaora Place Shopping Centre at 1 Kiaora Road, Double Bay (Kiaora Place Car Park); and

(v) the proposed Wilberforce Ave Car Park once it is constructed situated at 17 Dover Road & Wilberforce Ave, Rose Bay (Wilberforce Ave Car Park).

Council invites tenders from suitably qualified parties to operate and manage all of the Car Parks.

A mandatory Pre-tender Meeting will be held at 10am on15/02/2024 @ Council offices 536 New South Head Road Double Bay.
