Rottnest Island Authority is inviting suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the narrow neck ablution block replacement. The Work Under Contract (WUC) include the design, fabrication (if required), supply and construction of a new ablution block with connection to RIA supplied hybrid toilet system. The works include the civil works and earthworks in the immediate vicinity, the construction of a bin storage area and vehicle turnaround area next to the ablution block, and replanting around the works area.
Briefing
A briefing session will be held at The RIA Hub (behind the Dome Café) on Rottnest Island on 13 February 2024 8:15 AM.
By no later than 2:00 pm on Thursday 8 February 2024 Tenderers shall confirm to Cam East their attendance at the Site Visit and Briefing via email at cameron.east@dbca.wa.gov.au.
Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of the offer.
