This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
This federal government agency is currently working through a large scale, multi-year digital transformation program of work. The program seeks to streamline and modernize business systems and processes and reduce the administrative and regulatory burdens of the agency and external parties.
We are seeking to engage UI/UX review specialists to assess the current design and development of the program and provide recommendations for improvements. We expect a two-phased engagement starting with an initial review and recommendations and a second review to provide additional suggestions if needed. We anticipate the two phases will be approximately 4 weeks each.
