University of Technology Sydney offers courses in the following Faculties: Arts and Social Sciences, Business, Design, Architecture and Building, Engineering and Information Technology, Health, Law, Science and Transdisciplinary Innovation.

Graduation ceremonies are signature events for the University and represent the culmination of many years of hard work for students. It is a happy and significant moment that students and their guests wish to remember positively. It is vital that high quality services are provided to graduating students, their guests and VIPs at each UTS graduation ceremony.

UTS holds approximately fifty-two (52) ceremonies per year at the UTS city campus, over two seasons Autumn and Spring. Each ceremony aims to celebrate graduation with 180 students, 540 guests and invited VIPs. These showcase events are a significant feature in the UTS Calendar and our desire is to show UTS in its brightest light.

This Request for Tender ("RFT") is made by the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS) for the supply of provision of graduation catering services

CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Submissions must be fully received by 17:00 AEDT Tuesday 13 February 2024. UTS is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender or all or any part of a submission and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Late, verbal, faxed, mailed, or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
