NPDC are looking for a suitable contractor to construct a bespoke pedestrian accessway to Fitzroy Beach off the end of Beach St, Fitzroy.

Preliminary designs are underway with BCD Group and we are looking to get a suitably experienced contractor to work with us through an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI), providing feedback on the design, constructability and budget costs, we aim to achieve the best possible outcome for the community. Ensuring that the design meets or exceeds accessibility standards. This includes the installation of ramps, boardwalks, and other necessary infrastructure.
