Provision of Health and Wellbeing Services

⁠⁠⁠The Western Australia (WA) Police Force has a long-standing workplace health and wellbeing program, 'FIT for LIFE' (FFL). The strategic direction of the program is to provide holistic health and wellbeing services that all employees (approximately 10,000) of the WA Police Force can access and to deliver programs that assist in maintaining the health of their staff. The FFL program aims to provide initiatives that will drive long term behavioural change.

As part of the FFL program, the WA Police Force is seeking to establish a panel of suitably qualified providers to provide a range of health and wellbeing services, including but not limited to:

• Baseline health checks.
• Executive health checks.
• Health coaching (two to three consultations).
• Dietician (two to three consultations).
• Financial health (two to three consultations).
• Exercise Physiologist (two to three consultations) - including digital programming.
• Fitness programming (two to three consultations) - including digital programming.
• Gym inductions
• Sleep doctor consultancy - only initial consultation.
• Flexibility, posture, and strength testing
• Skin checks (nurse model) - referral and follow up options if requested.
• Flu vaccinations (including both onsite and vouchers)
• Catalogue of holistic health promotion presentation topics
• Exercise, mindfulness and meditation classes.
• Physical, mental, nutritional individual and team challenges - online platform / app preference
• Pre-work stretching programs including stretch leader training.
• Train the trainer packages where requested.
• Health expo coordination; and
• Survey programs (needs analysis, workforce health risk analysis).

Providing the following supporting options:

• Digital and hard copy programming for attendees
• Engagement reporting on all programs including participant feedback
• Ability to measure success of applicable programs (i.e. initial assessment, final assessment)
• Online booking systems for all appropriate programs, with options for manual bookings as required
• All services to be required to have capacity to service the WA Police Force including all regional locations
• Virtual delivery capability is required where appropriate (Microsoft Teams preference), as well as digital programming for appropriate services.
• The services will be provided state-wide on an as required basis; and
• Access to a library of editable communication and promotional content for all programs. These are to be compatible with the full suite of Microsoft Office 365 applications.
