Tender Description
The expansion project will see the creation of an additional 16 industrial lots of varying sizes over the 35Ha site.
Fee proposals are sought and will include:
• Detailed survey of proposed subdivision area
• Detailed design of:
o Road and drainage network for new works (1200m & 14500m2),
o water supply mains and hydrants (1500m).
o reticulated sewer (3750m) to service the existing and new lots, one sewer pump station and sewer rising main (1800m).
o stormwater drainage and retention to minimise any downstream impacts.
• Detailed design documentation and specifications of the prescribed works.
• The design must include all civil works, drainage structures and pavement designs.
• The design must be suitable for the potential future heavy industrial use of the lots and associated road networks.
