Northpower is requesting information to assist with selecting an Asset Management software solution that meets the requirements documented in this RFI. This RFI is intended to assist in narrowing the software options and will be followed by a later stage where potential implementation partners will be invited to submit detailed proposals based on the selected system in the form of RFP responses.
Northpower is seeking to lift its maturity in asset management to support high quality, data-driven decision making. Through a program of work Northpower will upgrade a number of existing solutions that support its Enterprise Asset Management. The first project in this program includes replacing its existing asset management system responsible for maintaining an asset register, asset life cycle, maintenance and works management. The replacement system will integrate with, and complement the existing GIS, ERP and Records Management systems that contribute to the wider enterprise asset management system.
