Contractors interested in being considered to tender on this project are invited to submit an EOI for Stages 5A and 5B of the Catherine McAuley Catholic College development at Medowie.
The Catholic College Development at No. 507 Medowie Road involves the construction of a new seven-stream Catholic High School, three stream Primary School, Early Learning Centre, College Chapel and associated external works and car parking. Construction of the facility is being staged over a period of approximately 6 - 8 years.
This EOI incorporates the tender process for Stages 5A and 5B of the High School consisting of the design development and construction of Blocks I, J (5A) and the sports oval (5B).
Block I is a two-storey building consisting of 13 interconnecting general-purpose learning areas (GPLAP's), an outdoor breakout space, services enclosures, central foyer spaces, lift and a male and female-accessible WC.
Block J is a two-storey building consisting of 12 interconnecting general-purpose learning areas (GPLAP's), an outdoor breakout space, gym, services enclosures, and central foyer spaces.
Associated works not mentioned above include design finalization and construction of the sports field, the remaining section of covered link extension connecting the existing Block H to Blocks I and J, services infrastructure, and hard and soft landscaping.
