Tender Description

Tenders are invited for the provision of management services at the Mooloolaba and Maroochydore Holiday Parks for a term of five years, commencing 1 July 2024 and expiring on 30 June 2029 with a 1 x 2 year option to extend. It is Council’s preference to award the management of both parks to one management team but reserves the right to award the management to separate management teams.

The Management Agreements will require the successful Respondent to manage the day to day operations of the holiday parks. These duties include, but are not limited to:

• operating the reception and office, which includes managing bookings, enquiries, check-in and check- out, issuing receipts and banking processes;

• cleaning and maintenance of amenities, cabins, and facilities;

• grounds and garden maintenance;

• supply of consumable goods;

• administration of Residential Tenancy Agreements; and

• daily, weekly, and monthly reporting

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at 100 Parkyn Parade, Mooloolaba at 5 Feb, 2024 10:00 AM . Followed by site visit to Melrose Parade Maroochydore. Refer to schedule 2 of the Invitation to Tender. Respondents required to register their attendance via email to tenderenquiries@sunshinecoast.qld.gov.au.
