Stats New Zealand (Stats) is seeking a supplier to meet Stats’ requirements for a Survey Tool delivered as Software as a Service (SaaS). The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to seek proposals and assess commercially available SaaS survey tools capable of meeting our requirements.
We seek a service provider with full control of:
1) the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
(2) the complete cloud technology stack and
(3) service delivery to support Stats strategic priorities now and in the future.
This is an exciting opportunity for the successful service provider to secure a strategic footprint in the South Pacific region and be positioned for long term profitable annuities.
We hope to agree a contract and commence use of the tool in the May/June timeframe.
