The Fraser Coast Regional Council is seeking Tender Responses for the supply and delivery of bitumen surfacing works & Asphaltic concrete products. For this tender, Council is asking for a four (4) price delivery submission, asking you to submit four (4) delivery price, equaling 0-25km from Business, 25km-50km from Business, 50km -75 km from Business and greater than 75km from Business for each product. The tender will also be asking for ex bin prices referring to council / Council contractors being able to enter the business or quarry and pick up the materials.

Successful companies will go on to a panel of suitable providers under a Standing Offer Arrangement which will allow Council to utilize goods and / or services at a predetermined price on an ‘as required’ basis without the need for obtaining quotations.

Once the Panel is established Contractors will be engaged by relevant departments within the Fraser Coast Regional Council according to their needs. Acceptance on to the Panel does not guarantee work.
