The East Metropolitan Health Service requires the provision of a contractor to provide refurbishment works for Ward 2K at Royal Perth Hospital. 

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at Royal Perth Hospital, Kirkman House, 10 Murray Street, Perth on 3 April 2024 10:00 AM.

A non-mandatory site inspection and tender briefing will be held at Royal Perth Hospital on the 3rd of April at 10 am.

The tender briefing will provide tenderers the opportunity to clarify any tender enquiries they have in relation to the tender in person prior to the closing of the tender. Tenderers are advised that the Weighted Qualitative Criteria - Methodology section under Clause 1.7.1.3 encourages the Tenderers to include reference to the site-specific requirements understood from the non-mandatory site visit held during the tender period.
