The Isaac Regional Council is seeking suitably qualified and professional organisation to undertake and fulfill a bi-annual generator maintenance and inspection program in partnership with Council.

Council identified a need for a dedicated generator maintenance program as part of its operational and asset management programs, the current asset and maintenance records for the generators do not fully reflect the conditions and serviceability of all of these assets. One of the principals aims of the program is to correct this situation.

This tender will include any makes, types and models of 50 generators located throughout Isaac Regional Council and predominantly within the townships or in close proximity of Moranbah, Nebo, Clermont, Glenden, St Lawrence, Carmila, Dysart and Middlemount.

This contract is for the maintenance, service and condition assessment of 50 known nominated generators within each service run. The Tenderer must have the organisational and logistical capacity to meet required service and be familiar with the locations and have all the equipment and resources to carry out the obligations and duties of this engagement successfully.

The Contract is for two (2) years with two (2) additional one-year extensional option periods at the sole discretion of Isaac Regional Council.
