Tender Description
The Principal, Department of Health QLD currently leases the two floors (the ground floor and first floor) in Lot 6, Campus Business Park, 3-9 University Drive, Meadowbrook, with the goal of relinquishing one floor (the ground floor) and refurbishing the fit-out of the first floor to ensure it meets the needs of its users for the next 5 years. The primary objective for the client is to successfully deliver the fit-out within the allocated budget and have the fitout handed-over to the client by 17 May, 2024.
All existing occupants on Level 1 will be relocated to the Ground Floor during the refurbishment works to allow for the Level 1 refurbishment works to be undertaken in one single stage.
