This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
In March 2021, the Australian Space Discovery Centre (ASDC) on the ground floor of the McEwin Building within the Lot Fourteen innovation precinct, Adelaide was opened.
The McEwin Building is home to the Australian Space Agency (The Agency). The Agency is a division of the Department of Industry Science, Energy and Resources (DISER). ASDC is a centre where the Australian community, students and visitors have a unique opportunity to be inspired by and engage with the latest innovations in space technologies and expand their understanding of Australia’s role in national and global space activities and missions. It also provides information and indicative career pathways in the Australian Space Industry.
ASDC delivers its engagement with Australians through the use of Digital technology. This includes digital displays and a centralized Digital Content management system (DCMS) ONELAN. The supplier of this digital service installed the technology as part of the ASDC build. This service provider is currently providing Maintenance and support role until February 2024.
The Agency seeks to engage a supplier to provide Digital Maintenance and support services for all Digital displays and the DCMS after this assurance period is completed.
The Digital Maintenance and Support Service will cover the following elements in ASDC:
- All Digital Displays and associated Media players (non-departmental assets)
- The ONELAN DCMS
- On-site maintenance charged at an hourly rate
- Provide any software updates either via remote or direct access
- Training or support in the ONELAN system
The Supplier will need to work with the Customer’s ICT Networks and Data Centre Management and ICT Operations, Corporate and Digital Division.

- Major Repair Work
- Repair work above and beyond minimum repairs (2 hrs maximum)

- Hardware and freight charges
- Warranty Terms as required
Training and support arrangements in the ONELAN system. (Our expectation is that we shall requires at least 15 hours T&S per year.)
