Supply of Water and Wastewater Operators for Water Utilities

⁠⁠⁠Central Highland Regional Council is seeking the services of up to four (4) suitably experienced and qualified water and/or wastewater operators to provide operations coverage for various locations across the region. Tenderers may be awarded part or all of the scope of work.

This Contract is for a period of 12 months from the commencement date with an option to extend for 12 months, and an option for an additional extension of 12 months after that. Extension of the Contract will be purely at the discretion of Council.

Council reserves the right to accept one or more Tenderers, for the whole or part of its requirements. If for any reason Council is unable to satisfy its requirements by use of a successful Tenderer, it reserves the right to deal with additional suppliers.

NON-EXCLUSIVITY OF SERVICES

This Agreement is not exclusive and Council may, at its discretion, engage another entity or use internal resources to provide the Services
