New England REZ Transaction and Commercial Management Services

⁠⁠⁠The New England REZ project seeks to engage qualified and experienced Transaction Services and Commercial Management Services to manage the Network Operator transaction process.

The Transaction Services team will manage the Network Operator transaction process including the Expression of Interest (EOI), Request for Proposal (RFP) process and financial close expected in 2026.

The Commercial Management Services team will manage the Network Operator commercial review and evaluation process of EOI and RFP documentation and submissions culminating in the finalisation and administration of the preferred Network Operator contract.
