Lease Coffee Shop 3 Year Lease

⁠⁠⁠Council is calling for Expressions of Interest from persons interested in leasing the coffee shop (Coffee on Dowling) located in the Echidna Place complex. It is anticipated that the lease will commence on 1 April 2024. Hours of operation will be determined by the operator in conjunction with Council, with maximum use of facility envisaged during tourism season. Council asks that interested persons include proposed lease period and hours of operation with the Expression of Interest.

An information package and further information can be obtained by contacting the Council on (07) 4621 800 or emailing Council@bulloo.qld.gov.au. Interested parties should register their interest, including contact details and any relevant experience, in writing, to the Bulloo Shire Council Administration Office, 68 Dowling Street, Thargomindah, QLD 4492 no later than 12:00pm on Wednesday 31st January 2024.
