This Request for Quote (RFQ) seeks an expert systems administrator to facilitate Phases 2 and 3 of the rollout of Technology One Connected Intelligence Anywhere (TechOne CiA) within the authority.

The work will involve:

• facilitating the rollout of TechOne CiA (Phase 2 elements detailed in RFQ) to replace the legacy version TechOne modules; and
• administrative support to consolidate the new Tech One CiA system into the authority, including the provision of general support, user testing, training and knowledge transfer as required.
