Coonamble Shire Council (Council) is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced suppliers to supply of works to improve the existing water reticulation system by replacing the aged AC main on Tooloon Street, Coonamble.

A non-mandatory briefing session will be conducted online on 17/01/2024 at 2 PM AEDT. (A meeting link is provided within the RFQ proposal document). The purpose of the briefing session is to advise all potential respondents of the background of the project and the quotation process to ensure respondents have an understanding of the requirements to submit a conforming quotation.

No on-site meeting will be conducted in person; however, it is recommended that tenderers make their own investigations.

Council do not have to accept the lowest offer or any offer.
