Recycling Stockpile Material

Logan City Council (Council) is seeking to establish a panel of suitably experienced and qualified contractor/s to recycle stockpile material within Logan City Council boundaries.

This arrangement will not negate the requirement for competitive tenders or quotations for projects or services that arise that are not covered within the specified requirements or are beyond the capability or capacity of the contractors.

The contractor/s agrees and acknowledges that acceptance of this Agreement does not guarantee any work or committed minimum spend and that work will be issued on an as needed basis.

ONLINE TENDER BRIEFING:

A tender online briefing will be held for tenderers via MS Teams at 10am on Wednesday 10th January 2024. Attendance is not mandatory. Respondents are to contact (email: tendering@logan.qld.gov.au) by 4pm on Monday 8th January 2024 advising the names of those proposing to attend the tender briefing. The tender briefing is expected to conclude within 30 minutes.

LODGEMENT OF SUBMISSIONS:

Completed responses must be submitted online using the spreadsheets within the etender Portal. Occasionally, you will also be instructed to upload separate documentation to support your submission.

If you have been asked to make a response to a mandatory question and it is not applicable to your submission, please enter N/A into the mandatory field. If a mandatory is left blank, you will not be able to upload your submission.

Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.
