Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Snowy Monaro Regional Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for facility upgrade works at Delegate School of Arts, 38 Bombala Street, Delegate NSW 2633.

This package includes facility upgrade, demolition, construction works and supply of material accordance with project brief, BCA/NCC, and health and safety compliance.

OPEN DATE AND TIME: Tender will open 4PM AEDT on Thursday 11 January 2024.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Tenders close at 4PM AEDT on Thursday 8 February 2024 and submissions must be fully received by this time.

Site Inspection: 

A compulsory information session scheduled 

  • Wednesday 24 January 2024 from 10am to 12pm at Delegate School of Arts - 38 Bombala St, Delegate NSW 2633
