Shellharbour City Council is currently seeking expressions of interest to demolish, construct and lease land located within Shellharbour Airport located at 6/32 Airport Road, Albion Park Rail in NSW, just over an hour's drive south of Sydney

The subject site consists of a steel fabricated hangar and following registration of a subdivision, will be approximately 2,682m2 in area.

Council is seeking the following works to be undertaken and should be considered in the EOI submission:

• Demolition of the existing hangar structure
• Design and construction of a structure that is to the benefit of aviation related activities and aligns with Council's strategic plans for the Airport

Shellharbour is home to a stunning coastline, featuring National Surfing Reserve, Killalea, and new The Waterfront Shell Cove precinct and it's Shellharbour Marina. Set under the backdrop of the lush Illawarra Escarpment, west of the coast you will find picturesque bushland, rolling pastures and rainforest.
