Tender Description
This RFQ seeks to engage a supplier to provide call centre services for a State Roads Hazards and Maintenance 24/7 Call Centre.
The successful supplier will provide continuous and uninterrupted call monitoring and enquiry management services for the State Road network, including regarding incidents, hazards, and maintenance issues (inclusive of all state-owned roads and bridges, and all traffic signals and other electronic signage across the state).
