Provision of Event Management and Video Production Services for the Premier's Science Awards and WA Innovator of the Year Awards Programs

The Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation (JTSI) requires a suitably qualified contractor(s) to provide the following Services:

1. Event Management Services: To deliver professional events for the WA Innovator of the Year Awards (IOTY) and Premier's Science Awards (PSA) programs, including but not limited to venue management, audio-visual and IT, furniture and fittings and equipment, securing of MC and Welcome to Country, entertainment, venue styling and signage requirements; and
2. Video Production Services: Production of a series of high-quality videos for an agreed number of PSA and IOTY finalists including but not limited to, arrangement of on location filming, script writing and voice over narratives.

Respondents are able to respond to either or both categories. The Customer reserves the right to award the full requirements to a single Contractor, or award two contracts, for Event Management Services and Video Production Services separately.
