The council is undertaking a project to design an innovative strategic land use modelling tool for the Auckland region. This opportunity is the first stage in the creation of a new Strategic Spatial Modelling (SSM) system for the Auckland region. The deliverable consists of:

1. A new strategic land use model, the Regional Strategic Model (RSM)

2. Implementation of a Strategic Spatial Modelling (SSM) platform

The Purpose of this REOI is to identify the supplier who are able to provide these services. Shortlisted participants from this REOI will then be invited for a closed RFP (Tender)

The contract is anticipated to commence June 20th2024.
