Tender Description
This project consists of the removal of the existing footpath and then the construction of a new footpath and associated works on Ford Street, Ararat.
The contractor is responsible for the construction of footpath and all associated work in accordance with this scope of works, including the supply of all labour, plant hire and materials.
The contractor is required to obtain all necessary permits, i.e. working in road reserve (no fee applicable), service authority approvals, etc. prior to work commencing.
