Tender Description

This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

⁠⁠⁠The scope of work involves undertaking repair, resurfacing the pool and surrounding concrete, ensuring the establishment of a disability-friendly facility, and built in strict adherence to the AS-3979 standard, Disability Discrimination Act (DDA), and Australasian Health Facility Guidelines (AHFG).

Note: A mandatory site meeting to assess the works will be held on Tuesday 23rd January at 9am. See map in Tender Documents file for meeting location.
