Provision of Transport Strategy Development Services (EoI)

⁠⁠⁠The South Australian Department for Infrastructure and Transport (the Department) invites suitably experienced organisations to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Provision of Transport Strategy Development services, Contract No. 23C037. The Department requires a contemporary Transport Strategy and Passenger Transport Strategy to shape the future of the State. These Strategies will support South Australia’s continued population and economic growth while maintaining its reputation as one of the world’s most livable destinations. Further, they will provide the justification and enable prioritisation of short- and long-term investment in transport infrastructure to support the State now, and in the future. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Consultant to showcase its expertise and support the Department’s team to refine the draft Transport Strategy and associated draft Passenger Transport Strategy.

This EOI is the first competitive phase of a two-stage procurement process to establish a contract to deliver the Transport Strategy and Passenger Transport Strategy. Two or three successful tenderers will be invited to participate in the second competitive phase, the Request for Proposal. The Department is concurrently managing a separate but closely related two stage procurement, being for the provision of Transport Strategy engagement, marketing and communications services (for the Transport Strategy and Passenger Transport Strategy), Contract No. 23C369.

Organisations must have suitable capacity, capability, and experience to deliver the project and possess a superior team and excellent track record in delivering similar projects.
