Tender Description
The City of Gold Coast is seeking the services of an LED wall system (audio visual) specialist Contractor for the Home of the Arts (HOTA) outdoor stage that has:
a) Capacity and capability to supply off-the-shelf high-quality LED walls and associated system products that are fit for purpose and meet the requirements outlined in the enclosed Specification.
b) Technical experience in designing, planning, managing, installing and integrating the complete turn-key solutions for the required LED wall systems.
c) Technical services/support experience and capabilities in follow-on preventative maintenance management and on-call reactive Gold Coast local support.
This Invitation has been released on the basis of ‘Separable Portions’ for each of the following packages, as set out in the Specifications:
1. Item A: Fixed-to-stage Outdoor AV/LED Walls
2. Item B: Portable and Modular Outdoor Led Wall
3. Item C: Fixed-to-entry Outdoor LED Wall
The Tenderer must provide an Offer for ALL of the Separable Portions to be considered.
