Additional requirement:
Any proposed personnel must be able to produce to the relevant contract manager from the Department of Health and Aged Care, prior to finalising any contract for services or work order, an AFP National Police Certificate which is no greater than 6 months old. If any disclosable outcomes are mentioned in the certificate, the Department may delay proceeding with the procurement until an assessment can be conducted.
Specified key personnel will be required to submit a signed Confidentiality and Conflict of Interest Deed as requested by the Agency.
