Tender Description
Winton Shire Council (“Council”) is the owner of land located at Landsborough Highway Winton, more particularly described as Lot 1 on SP335297 (“the Property”) and proposes to sell the Property by public Tender.
The Property is currently zoned as Rural under the Winton Shire Planning Scheme (“the Planning Scheme”).
The Council invites Tenderers to propose a range of development / uses of the Property to the Council.
