Scope of Works

The Works to be executed under this Contract consists supplying material, labour and plant for:

Window Replacement

- Remove existing security screens and store safely for reuse.

- Remove existing windows including disposal.

- Supply and install six (6) new windows (Figure 1):

   o Frame: 101.6mm Centre Pocket Frame

   o Product: Alspec Hunter EVO or similar

   o Size: 900H x 4000W

   o Finish: Silver Powder Coat

   o Glass: 10.5mm Hush Clear Laminated

- Reinstall security screens.

New Automatic Sliding Door & Glazed Frame

- Supply and install new aluminium glazed frame:

   o Frame: 150mm Flush Glazed Frame

   o Product: Alspec Hunter EVO or similar

   o Size: 3500H x 4000W

   o Finish: Silver Powder Coat

   o Glass: 10.5mm Hush Clear Laminated

- Supply and install new automatic double sliding doors:

   o Frame: 150mm Flush Glazed Frame

   o Product: Alspec Hunter EVO or similar

   o Size: 2100H x 2000W

   o Finish: Silver Powder Coat

   o Door Operator: Rubek Compact model or similar

   o Glass: 10.5mm Hush Clear Laminated

New Window

- Supply and install new window:

   o Frame: 150mm Flush Glazed Frame

   o Product: Alspec Hunter EVO or similar

   o Size: 3500H x 4000W

   o Finish: Silver Powder Coated

   o Glass: 10.5mm Hush Clear Laminated

- Supply and install new security screens to new window:

   o Product: SecureView or similar

   o Finish: Black Powder Coated
