Scope of Works
The Works Under the Contract (WUC) are located along the Cooper Street Drainage Reserve between Gerard Street and the Cooarda Street Park, Biloela within the boundaries of Banana Shire Council. Works include the replacement of the underground stormwater pipe network, the installation of a concrete lined drain along the surface (along the same alignment of as the underground stormwater network) and the installation of new stormwater pits at intervals along the concrete line drain (to allow access for the above ground stormwater to enter the system and allow for neighbouring properties in connect with roof water).
2.1 WUC asset locations identified in Appendix A – Locality Map
2.2 WUC is to be carried out at the locations identified in the design plans of Appendix B.
2.3 Except to the extent expressly permitted by the Contract, the Contractor must carry out.
WUC in accordance with the Technical Specification, General Specification and the requirements of the Capricorn Municipal Development Guidelines.
