Tender Description
Council invites tenders for the hire of plant and equipment, with (wet) or without (dry) an operator for the period 1st October 2023 to 30th September 2026.
We are looking to establish a panel of local contractors with access to a range of high-quality plant and equipment available for hire to help reduce administrative and financial burdens in supporting the delivery of works and services across the region.
The evaluation criteria for tenderers will be:
- Demonstrated ability to meet the client’s requirements including in relation to WHS legislation. - 30%
- Equipment Compliance (suitability/age) and Owner and Personnel experience - 25%
- Price - 20%
- Previous experience with provision of similar Materials/Services for Snowy Valleys Council or similar organizations including checking references - 15%
- The degree of overall compliance with the RFT 10%
Completed applications should be returned to info@svc.nsw.gov.au by 5pm on 29 February 2024, but early submissions are strongly encouraged. Applications will be assessed in batches as they are received.
