- D - Targeted roofing replacement including all flashings under and over, fire retardant underlay, roof netting and gutters. Including any membrane works. All like for like.
- D2 - Targeted roofing replacement including all flashings under and over, fire retardant underlay, roof netting and gutters. Including translucent roofing with added safety mesh and any membrane works. All like for like.
- G - Replace gutters like for like
- H - Targeted roofing replacement including all flashings under and over, fire retardant underlay, roof netting and gutters. Including translucent roofing with added safety mesh and any membrane works. All like for like.
- 6 - Complete roofing replacement including all flashings under and over, fire retardant underlay, roof netting and gutters. All like for like.
- 3 - Remove and replace gutters like for like
- B - South hallway – low level metal roof. Complete roofing replacement including all flashings under and over, fire retardant underlay, roof netting and gutters. All like for like.
- Block B – main roof box gutters to be replaced like for like
- Data Room: Plywood panel is not entirely weatherproof and water staining visible to internal face. Seal or flash the panel perimeter to ensure weathertightness.
