Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced plant, machinery and equipment specialists for the provision of premium parks mowing equipment for the maintenance and upkeep of premium active parks in the Local Government Area.

The work is awarded for the contract work on a lump sum fixed price basis in accordance with the fixed lump sum provisions in the tender pricing schedules herein. The applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the attached Conditions of Contract
