The East Arnhem Regional Council (Principal) hereby offers the vehicles listed hereunder for sale by public Tender “as is where is”. The Council does not warrant that the vehicles is roadworthy, operational, safe or otherwise fit for any purpose what-so-ever. Tenderers shall satisfy themselves as to the fitness of the vehicles/plant for any intended purpose.
