Tender Description
The City of Port Lincoln (the Council) invites tenders from Tenderers for the provision of works related to the Road Reseal Program 2023/2024 (the Services).
The scope of works will comprise the whole of the plant, labour and materials and any obvious items in order to meet the impending grant funding deadline prior to 30 June 2024. Such items include but not necessarily limited to:
- Pre - Inspection of each road to confirm treatments;
- Adjustment to top stones;
- Inspection and reporting;
- Traffic management of affected roads;
- Resident notification;
- Adjustment of service pits to match new finished pavement surface level;
- Reporting for asset reporting; and
- Post inspection on as selection of roads with Councils representative within 12-months of completion.
The Council will enter into an Agreement for these Services with the successful Tenderer.
