The National Anti-Corruption Commission (The Commission) is seeking SOCaaS from 18 December 2023 to 18 December 2024.

The services will be replicated from the existing contract, AGD-ICT-RFQ-331-DM17867 between AGD and Ionize to provide SOCaaS for the Commission, the contract is ending in December 2023.

In light of extending the contract, the Commission will initiate its own contract with Ionize commencing 18 December 2023 to enable contractual independence from AGD.

Please provide a proposal to encompass services as follows:

• SOC Operations
• Technology and Infrastructure management
• Maintenance
• Improvement and reporting
• Vulnerability identification. Monitoring Defender Vulnerability Management and notifying key staff of vulnerabilities.
• Regular reporting to be provided on:
• Weekly tactical reporting regarding potential incidents responded to, and
• Monthly strategic reporting for executive providing a summary of services delivered and incidents responded to.
• Your proposed automated method of asset discovery is used at least fortnightly to support the detection of assets for subsequent vulnerability scanning activities.

Please provide add-on quotes as follows:

• The option to release emails outside of core business hours.
• Monitor other sources if and when required.
• Incident response retainer.
