Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
ASCA is seeking to engage an outsource provider to deliver the following:
- A four year ASCA Digital and Knowledge Management Plan. This will include a mapping of strategic initiatives and activities in digital and knowledge management from 2024-2027.
- An ASCA Digital Strategy that provides clear objectives and strategic direction in driving ASCA’s digital capabilities and in alignment with the Defense ICT Strategy.
- An ASCA Knowledge Management Strategy to identify and provide knowledge audit and mapping, with proper data security in place, building future capabilities that meet the organization requirements to enable informed decision-making, enhancing ASCA, industry skills and knowledge, encourage best practice in sharing and preserving knowledge through a collaborative platform.
- An ASCA Digital and Knowledge Management Roadmap and ROM costings for the Roadmap.
- An architectural blueprint and development plan, adhering to Defense's ICT design principles and guidelines, designed to meet ASCA’s current and future digital requirements.
- Assist solution design and implementation activities.
- Assist and support ASCA with any future digital and knowledge management initiatives.
- Provide advisory and assurance service to support ASCA with the successful implementation of the roadmap.

Working arrangements: Onsite and offsite working arrangements will be confirmed as part of the contract.
