Armidale Catholic Schools is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from licensed building contractors that have capability and capacity to deliver the following works at McCarthy Catholic College, Tamworth:
• Demolition of existing buildings including the existing library, a block of toilets and block of general learning areas.
Construction of 2 new buildings incorporating a new library. general learning areas, associated infrastructure and external works.
EOI responses must include the following information:
• Details of corporate structure.
• Details of recently completed projects. Education sector experience will be considered favourably.
Capacity and experience of staff to undertake the works. A minimum of two (2) client referees.
