The City of Nedlands is seeking a Contractor to supply, install and maintain irrigation pumps throughout the City.

Background Information:

- The City's irrigation pumps are scheduled for ongoing upgrades, on a priority needs basis and require suitably qualified contractors to carry out these works.

- In addition, needs may arise reactively that require urgent attention.

- The City of Nedlands is currently classified as a Waterwise Council and is seeking to achieve Gold Waterwise Status in upcoming years.

- Irrigation is an essential component in maintaining the functionality and aesthetic of parks, reserves and building surrounds. Upgrades and repairs also contribute to reducing water wastage, thus assisting in water conservation.

- The City proposes to select a single Contractor for these works.

- The objective is to maintain safe and functional infrastructure within the City's parks, reserves and building surrounds, in a water-wise method.

The contract will be in place initially for a contract period for three (3) years with up to two (2) one (1) year extension options.

Proposed Contract start date is the 30th of April 2024.
