Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Council proposes to invite tenders for the hire of Plant and equipment, without an operator, for 2 year period with possible extension of 2 more years: 31 March 2024 to 31st March 2026. This Invitation includes Conditions of Contract, Specifications and Tender Submission documents. The application is merely a statement made by a prospective Contractor that they are willing to supply specified Plant and equipment in accordance with the terms and conditions contained herein.
