Cumberland City Council (Council) is seeking offers from from accredited and experienced community-based organizations to submit a proposal to secure a 5 year Lease over the “Federation Cottage” (‘Cottage’) located at 42 Lane Street, Wentworthville NSW 2145.

Eligible organizations will be assessed against their experience and capacity to meet the criteria on the online form.

Mandatory Site Briefing

All respondents are required to attend one of the mandatory pre-tender briefings / inspections. The meetings have been scheduled for:

• Wednesday, 10th January 2023 at 10:00AM
• Wednesday, 17th January 2023 at 10:00AM

Should the respondent fail to attend one of the site inspections and sign the pretender site attendance sheet, its tender will not be considered.
